Currently, Runbear Zendesk integration supports executing AI on every new inquiry. However, more customization options are needed to utilize AI better. Twilio Integration

Google Drive and Confluence are great, but the ability to support other storage solutions would be great. I have no idea how hard it is to make happen, but the ability to connect to Box folders or even OneDrive/Sharepoint folders would be a huge improvement for our ability to easily keep assistants up-to-date on the latest information without adding another step to the 'where do I put announcements and new info’ process.

We have received requests to support triggering Runbear based on a schedule, rather than directly mentioning @Runbear or using other trigger conditions. This feature will enable users to create new use cases, such as a daily digest bot.Scheduled triggers will provide more flexibility and automation options, allowing you to set up regular updates and reports without manual intervention.

This feature allows you to see which questions are most frequently asked and identify any unanswered questions. This can help you understand your team’s needs better and improve the efficiency of the FAQ bot.

Advanced users of assistants end up having a significant number of files and folders shared with their AI assistants. This becomes unwieldy to manage / maintain as assistants and usage matures. Providing the ability to navigate, search/filter, and see folder names / created / updates and file paths for shared files and folders within the google drive integration enables the ability to scale and manage the assistant’s knowledge base. Many customers have requested the ability to read spreadsheet files such as CSV and XLS. This feature will enable you to upload spreadsheet-based files and have the bot answer questions based on the data within them. It can be used as a knowledge source for the bot, as well as for ad-hoc file uploads and chats on Slack.

Enable the ability to share an entire folder with an assistant. 1. Folder is shared via google drive etc… 2. User selects folder within Runbear Drive integration UI &gt; Folder and all content of folder is then automatically shared with Assistant (including any new files added in future) This enables easier maintenance of the knowledge base by businesses, as once a folder is designated, team members with appropriate permissions can then add new files to these folders that the assistant can access without having to request Runbear Admin to add new files to every assistant. Example: Business defines a google drive folder for ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ for the Training / SOP AI assistant. Any new SOPs that are created and added to the folder are automatically added to the Assistant’s knowledge ensuring the assistant is always up to date on the latest SOPs and reducing the Admin required to manage assistant’s knowledge base.

Currently, PlugBear supports syncing documents in Google Drive and Confluence, keeping OpenAI Assistants up-to-date. Many of our customers have requested adding Notion as a data source, as it is one of the most popular knowledge bases today.We are looking into integrating Notion to ensure your OpenAI Assistants can access and stay updated with your Notion documents. Your feedback and suggestions are welcome as we work on this feature!
